Charging Policy
Is information free of charge or on payment?
We indicate for each Information Class within the Publication Scheme whether the class includes chargeable information or not.
The following categories of charge could apply:

For those without Internet access, a single print-out as on the web site would be available by post from the contact address. We are under no obligation to provide multiple copies, however requests for multiple print-outs or copies, or for archived copies of documents which are no longer available on the web, may attract a charge for the cost of retrieval, photocopy, postage, etc. We would let you know the relevant charge at the time of your request and this would be payable in advance;
- Free of charge hard copy - indicates a leaflet booklet or periodical which is published without charge. A single copy would be available by post from the contact address. We are under no obligation to provide multiple copies, however requests for multiple copies may attract a charge for the cost of retrieval, photocopy, postage, etc. We would let you know the relevant charge at the time of your request and this would be payable in advance;
- Chargeable hard copy e.g. "glossy" or other bound paper copies, or in some cases a CD Rom, video or other medium, will be charged for as indicated. We would let you know the relevant charge at the time of your request and this would be payable in advance.
